Accountant
We are looking for an accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations for Global RE. The role covers general accounting, financial reporting, and supporting the finance function across the reinsurance platform.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts
- Assist with audit preparations and regulatory financial reporting
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate accounting records in line with IFRS standards
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
Requirements
- 2–4 years of accounting experience
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Previous experience in the Insurance or Reinsurance industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of IFRS and basic tax principles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
